Log in to Project Manager.
1. Select Home.
2. Select ODBC Log Data Source.
3. The ODBC Log Data Source page opens.
User Patitioned Tables
Users can through the drop-down menu enabled or disable using the monthly data table is stored, the monthly data table has analog measuring point, analogy change records, digital record of measuring points, points record table text. The existence of a monthly data sheet can help speed up the query.
System records, action records, alarm records, and event records are still stored with a single data table.
4. Enter the Data Source ID, 1~255, it is unrepeatable.
5. Enter the Data Source Name, the ODBC DSN that points to the new database. See Tips & Tricks section 23 on how to Create an ODBC DSN to SQL Server.
Hint - if
you followed the SQL SERVER 2005 Native Client
DSN example, the DSN in the example is bwSQLData.
If you followed the SQL SERVER DSN example, the DSN in the example is bwSQLPdata.
6. Enter the user name (Data Source Login Name) to log in to SQL Server using SQL Authentication. See Install SQL Server 2005 for more information.
Hint - if you followed the SQL SERVER 2005 Native Client DSN example, the login is sa.
7. Enter the login users' password (Data Source Password)
8. Retype Data Source Password.
9. Optionally enter a Description.
10. Press Submit.
11. Select the new ODBC Log Data Source as the default one. When you set data log to ODBC for tag, you can choose any one, please refer to 4.2.29 Log to ODBC Frequency.
