Use browser to enter the WISE-PaaS Technical Portal, URL: https://portal-technical.wise-paas.com/, open login page.
Click Sign In, enter the login page.
Enter your own user name and password, click Sign in, enter the WISE-PaaS/EnSaaS management portal.
Click your space to enter the APP List. Click portal scada-1.3.1, open the Routes list.
Click any link in Routes list, enter the SCADA Sign in page.
Enter your own user name and password, click Sign in, enter SCADA management portal.
